Capture a page

1. Open a normal website (http or https).
2. Click the GetFullPage icon in the Chrome toolbar, or right-click the page and choose GetFullPage.
3. Wait while it scrolls and stitches. A progress pill appears on the page; you can cancel from there.
4. A result tab opens with the full image. Download PNG or PDF from the header.

Chrome pages such as chrome://, the Web Store, and similar restricted URLs cannot be captured.

Edit & download

On the result tab, click Edit to annotate the screenshot.

• Pen, highlight, arrow, box, ellipse — mark up the page.
• Text — click, type, press Enter to place. Use the red X to cancel.
• Number — click to drop step markers.
• Blur — hide private details before you share.
• Crop — drag a region, then Apply crop.

Save overwrites the current capture. Save as a copy keeps the original in history.

History

GetFullPage keeps the last 10 captures on this computer. Nothing is uploaded.

• Open History to browse, reopen, or delete a capture.
• Delete all clears saved captures after a Yes/No confirm.
• Check Don’t save history to stop adding new captures. The result tab still shows the shot you just took.

If a capture looks wrong

Sticky headers or sidebars repeating. GetFullPage hides fixed chrome after the first screen. Some sites still paint unusual overlays — include the URL if you write in.

Infinite feeds (Reddit, social sites). Capture stops at the page height when you clicked. Scroll the feed first if you want more content in the shot.

Very long pages. Chrome limits how large an image can be. Extremely tall pages are scaled so the screenshot can still be built.
